certainly don’t fuck around with their brutally heavy thrash/hardcore.
Gloomy, fast and metallic this is a fucking chaotic 20 minutes. Inexorable
and aggressive, ‘Eat Shit and Die’, ‘I Like It When
You Die’, ‘In The Eye Of The Pissing Snake’…this
is completely ruthless. Totally DIY and totally dedicated…this isn’t
fashion music! Learn yerself a lesson in true thrash/hardcore. - No

These guys like to mix up their punk with some metal riffage, which is
alright by me. This is some pretty pissed off straightforward hardcore
that actually kind of sounds like FACES OF DEATH! Also, I doubt it's intentional
but this dude's vocals sound straight up NEOS at times! I can dig. -AM,

EMISSION - "demo CD-R"
Finally something new in Missoula with some balls! At first glance, this
Kinko-copied, cut-n-pasted covered, CD-R actually looks pretty sharp and
is DIY as all hell. Sound-wise, thses 9 songs are rough, but not too terrible
considering that they were recorded in a basement in just a few takes.
It's not always tight, but the sheer youthful exuberance displayed more
than makes up for it as a far as demo's go. Total 80's skate thrash ala
CRYPTIC SLAUGHTER, NEGATIVE APPROACH, with a BLACK FLAG feel. Nothing
too ground breaking but it's still a breath of fresh air. This is only
the beginning for these local punks, as they've only been a band for about
