We have a new 4 song CD called "Growth" on Poisoned Candy Records.
It was recorded by Greg Wilkinson in Oakland and sounds killer. You can
listen to it here: http://squalora.bandcamp.com.
Upcoming shows include December 30th at the Know and a trip to Seattle
and Vancouver BC in February.

The new album HELL IS OTHER PEOPLE is out now on Minor Bird Records. It's
on 180 gram vinyl and sounds tremendous. We also spent some time with
Greg at EARHAMMER studios in Oakland this spring to record 4 new songs
that will potentially appear on a split lp with STONEBURNER. Keep your
fingers crossed!

Hey kiddos,
our new album, recorded by Stan Wright at Buzz or Howl studio, and mixed
by the legendary Billy Anderson in the Bay Area is finally complete! Some
serious stress and work went into this fucker and we're happy to finally
have it done. We are self releasing a limited run of 100 CDs on Poisoned
Candy Records. It is available HERE.
This is 8 songs in 30 minutes and it is bleak, heavy, fast, lumbering,
and the most focused sounding recording to date. We will be playing Missoula,
MT's bitchin Total Fest this August and we'll be quite active this Fall.
Cheers, and thanks to everyone for all of your love and support!

So former Ass-End Offender Brent Shultz has joined up with Squalora. We
just played our first show with him at Plan B and it was a blast. We now
have what has been deemed as "layers." Yay! We have 7 new songs
that were recorded several months back by Stan Wright at his awesome Buzz
or Howl Studio here in Portland. Just sent the recording to pro engine-ear
Billy Motherfucking Anderson to mix it, which by definition means that
he will make our boyhood dreams come true and should prove to be an awesome
mix (come on...Neurosis, Buzzoven, Melvins, Logical Nonsense, Dead and
Gone....). We are overjoyed and anxious. We've discussed releasing these
new songs as a few different splits. Some of which could be split 10"
's. It's all talk right now as we're all so fucking poor but they should
see the light of day by Summer 2010!!!!
Also, we even have a few brand new tunes of destruction that Brent has
helped write that are totally awesome and again, layers dude. I'm expecting
a child with my wife Christina this upcoming February, so we'll be laying
low for a bit and just writing new material. You should check out Dan's
other projects: Machine Gun Congress and Coin in the Coffer. Matt is singing
in Raw Nerves and they have a rad 7" out now and plenty more on the
way.
Thanks so much to Portland punk city for all of the support thrown our
way. Also to our friends back in Montana and across the country, we really
appreciate the love and great shows. See you all next year!

News you ask...fine:
- We
are heading into the studio for 4 days with analog genius Stan Wright
from such great bands as Deathreat and Signal Lost, at his new Portland
studio known as Buzzorhowl. (minutemen anyone?) We should be done with
our new 7 songs by the end of the month and actually have no plans on
releasing it for awhile, as we plan on having our dear old friend Brent
move here and join on second guitar at the end of this summer. For those
who don't know, we will pretty much be Ass-end Offend again. All of us
playing together again is darn exiting to all of us and we look forward
to the new recording more than christmas. More details soon I prom.
- Also,
we are touring with local epic warriors NUX VOMICA for two weeks begining
on September 1. They are touring for a lot longer, but we feel fortunate
to share the stage with them for the first few weeks. This will truly
slay in case you were hiding under a rock. Thats whats going on with us
for now, check back later.
- Also
again, Matt's other badass band Raw Nerves will be touring through the
month of July everywhere in the US so get stage side and rage with these
dudes or kill yourself. And don't forget about Portland's best folk/punk
band that Dan is drumming in; Coin in the Copher (or Coffin Ship if you
want to be a dick about it). They rule and will probably be playing fairly
often this summer. Maybe Machinegun Congress too, eh? thats it kiddies,
tune in later...

The new record is being mastered and will be sent to press soon. 9 songs,
30 minutes, 100 hours of wondering how much more time/ money we should
spend on mixing. The vinyl will be released on The
Defector label here in portland and the CD will be a joint effort
forged in the flames... no, the ice of our homeland in Montucky by Wäntage
USA and Repetitively Futile Records. Get a taste of it here.

We are scheduled to record with Mike Lastra at Smegma studios in a week,

The holidays are fucking over and we can finally get on with our lives,

media page and more shows
coming up soon.

First off, don't miss the show tonight at Laughing Horse Books with Iron
Lung and Forced March. Second, the demo is done! Thanks to Woody for all
of his help! Come to the show and get one, or order one here.
We also printed a bunch of patches last week.

We are playing our first show next saturday 11/11/2006 at the failing

and dood points, should be a blast.
